What we do
Agent Tomas is an AI agent service operated by Tomer Cohen Consulting (תומר כהן ייעוץ), based in Israel. We work with businesses that have Instagram professional accounts and want their audience engagement handled consistently and promptly.
Comment management
Our agent reads comments on our clients' Instagram posts and responds according to rules the client defines — replying publicly, liking, or sending a direct message.
Direct message handling
Incoming direct messages are read and answered based on the client's configured guidelines and communication style.
Client control
Every action follows rules the client sets. Clients can disable any function at any time, and revoke our access to their account entirely.
How access works
We connect to client accounts exclusively through Meta's official Instagram API. Clients authorize us through Instagram's standard login flow — we never ask for or store account passwords. Access is limited to the permissions the client explicitly grants, and can be revoked by the client at any time from their Instagram settings.
